ACTS OF FAITH, HOPE, LOVE AND ABANDONMENT TO THE MOST HOLY TRINITY DURING MOMENTS OF SUFFERING, PAIN, SORROW AND GRIEF.
There are moments in our life when the weight of the Cross seems to be heavier to bear than usual; circumstances which really make us suffer and which we do not comprehend but God allows for a reason which we will only know in the life after next.
During these moments of sorrow and grief, and in the midst of physical, moral and psychological pain, let us strive to imitate Jesus’ reaction during the Agony in the garden, and on the Cross: with faith, hope, love, trust and abandonment to God’s Will.
O Most Holy Trinity,
one God
in three divine Persons,
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
I believe You,
I adore You,
I hope in You,
I love You,
I trust in You
and I abandon my life entirely to You,
convinced that You know and want what is best for me!
May Your Most Holy Will
be done, be praised and glorified!
